Shipping Policy

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. UK delivery takes 6-12 working days from dispatch. US delivery takes 7-14 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs: Free standard delivery on orders over 25 pounds (or local equivalent). Below that, UK orders are 2.99 pounds and US orders are 3.99 pounds equivalent, shown in your currency at checkout.

Why we take longer than Amazon: we ship directly from our supplier's warehouse rather than holding stock, which is how we keep prices down. We would rather give you an honest timeframe than promise two days and let you down.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays: Customs or courier issues occasionally add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, email pawvalepets@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.

Customs and duties: US orders may occasionally attract import charges. These are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us.

Wrong address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
